Paramount Celebrates 'Mean Girls' Day by Releasing Comedy on TikTok in 23 Parts

That might mean something to you if you're a "Mean Girls" stan – a reference to the film that has gone on to become an unofficial holiday. And now Paramount Pictures is honoring the 2004 comedy and its fans by creating an official TikTok account for the movie, releasing the 1-hour-and-47-minute feature in 23 parts, Variety reported.

The bio section from the official "Mean Girls" TikTok account reads: "Get in loser, we're going shopping," which is another quote from the film.

"Mean Girls" Day has become a popular event for fans as it's a reference from a scene in the film where out actor Jonathan Bennett's character Aaron Samuels asks Cady Heron, played by Lindsay Lohan, what day it is.

"It's Oct. 3!" she replies.

In other "Mean Girls" news, it was recently announced that the adaptation of the 2018 Broadway musical based on the film is headed to theaters in 2024.
